Busselton Margaret River Airport is owned and operated by the City of Busselton. The airport offers direct flights to Melbourne and Sydney and is a significant FIFO base.

Bunbury Airport is owned and operated by the City of Bunbury.
The airports uses include:
- General aviation – about 70 hangars and 100 aircraft permanently based
- Two pilot training organisations:
- Bunbury Flying School
- Bunbury Aero Club
Emergency services – permanent RAC rescue helicopter base, seasonal Water Bomber base along with significant Royal Flying Doctor Service traffic
